Forwarder evaluation criteria
Missionpharma only signs agreements with International Freight Forwarders (IFFs), who assist us in achieving our strategic objectives of:
Provide transparency on freight procurement
Improve supply chain visibility
Reduce transit times
A prequalification is usually valid for two years. In order to make sure that our logistics activities always comply with our requirements and expectations, all IFFs are continuously monitored and evaluated for performance and service compliance.
Even though having obtained a Missionpharma prequalification, all IFFs are evaluated on a quarterly basis in order to perform adjustments of awarded freight levels. Based on this evaluation, IFFs can be awarded additional levels or become de-listed in case of non-performance.
Missionpharma's explicit evaluation criteria are:
Range of services
Geographical area covered
Experience with Aid & Relief sector
Freight rates and conditions
Past performance, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and invoice accuracy
