The success in obtaining the optimal logistic solutions relates to an accurate and detailed project planning as well as harmonisation of expectations prior to project initiation.

Furthermore, a complete overview and planning of responsibilities is an imperative factor for successful implementation.

In co-operation with our QA/QC team, we have developed a well-defined logistic platform with completely monitored supply chains.

The individual projects are planned and managed from our Danish headquarters and executed from one of our facilities in co-operation with the customer.

Consistency on all levels is achieved on a global scale by implementing a complete standardisation of working procedures in our Danish and Indian organisations, covering all aspects of the storage, packing and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
